Terms and Conditions

Please make sure you read all of the terms and conditions before you apply to enter any of our competitions.

All entry / sponsorship fees paid to Valentine Events Ltd by contestants are non refundable. Refunds will not be granted under any circumstances.

Contestants must be at least 18 years of age on the day of the event.

No alcohol to be consumed on the day of the event, if anyone is deemed to have contravened this rule they will be disqualified, no refund will be given under these circumstances.

All contestants must be British citizens and reside in the UK, or work or reside in uk.

All contestants must be natural born males.

All contestants must not have prior criminal convictions or pending convictions.

Contestants will be responsible for paying their own expenses at all times, these include, but are not limited to, travel, accommodation and food.

Photographs will be taken by Valentine Events Ltd own photographer, our photographer is the only person authorised to take photographs at these events.

There must be nothing in the background of the contestant which could bring in to dispute any aspect of the contest or its sponsors.

No person or organisation may use the title “Mister UK” without express permission from Valentine Events Ltd.

Any photographs sent to us by either e-mail or mail will not be returned. Contestants agree that by entering an event their name and photographs may be used by Valentine Events Ltd for advertising or promotion where the name “Mister UK” is included.

Any contestant / family member / guest judged to be displaying unsporting or unsuitable behaviour faces disqualification from the competition. No refund will be given under these circumstances.

Any contestant found publicly posting slanderous remarks on public forums will be immediately disqualified. No refunds will be given under these circumstances.

Prizes given by “Mister UK” sponsors to prize winners are not the responsibility of Valentine Events Ltd and as such they shall not be held responsible for any sponsor failing to fulfil their obligations to prize winners.

The contestant acknowledges that all rights for any appearances, endorsements, speaking engagements, acting roles etc. resulting from winning or being a contestant in any Mister UK competition belong to Valentine Events Ltd and further understand that if selected a winner of the competition that for one year his professional affairs as said winner will be under the sole management of Valentine Events Ltd and must not give any endorsements commercially without the express permission of Valentine Events Ltd.

Valentine Events Ltd reserves the right to change the location and / or date of any of its Mister UK competitions.

The judges decision is final and no correspondence can be entered in to.

Valentine Events Ltd reserves the right to change these terms and conditions as necessary, should this happen any entrants will be notified of the changes.

Should you be chosen as a winner in the competition then by signing the written agreement you confirm that you accept all the terms and conditions listed above.
